What was not mentioned on the entry for John C. Mula was that he was also a prolific set designer for several game shows then, like Tic Tac Dough for instance (the 1978-86 CBS/syndie version w/Wink Martindale [1978-85] and Jim Caldwell [1985-86]).

Funny, the original Gilligan's Island theme song left out Mary Ann and the professor just saying all the rest for them. With the timing of Dawn Wells' death, now this year's in memoriam blog is the reverse saying Remembering Dawn Wells and all the Other Sitcoms Stars. :D

I was surprised to see that James Drury and Robert Conrad were left off.

The 2020 list was an enjoyable but sad read. It's obvious a lot of time and effort goes into this--many thanks!

Maybe Robert Conrad and James Drury could be added.

It was nice to see Paula Kelly added.

Lyle Waggoner!!!

Lyle Waggoner has been added to the list. He never starred in any sitcoms (unless you count The Carol Burnett Show as a sitcom), but he did have a decent amount of guest appearances.

The criteria to be listed would be to star in at least one sitcom or have many sitcom guest appearances. I don't see the case to list James Drury or Robert Conrad. They were primarily known for westerns and dramas. I don't think they had more than a few sitcom guest appearances.

Thank you for adding Lyle Waggoner, but it makes sense now why James and Robert aren’t going to be added.
