Remember January 15, 2002?

That was the day season 1 was first released on DVD.

I remember going to Sam Goody to buy it because my local Walmart never had things on release day.




Recently, for some reason I thought I was bored with “Buffy” so I sold my complete series set. Now I know why I did this, it wasn’t because I was tired of the series, I wanted to rebuy the individual season sets which were much more sturdy and artistic.

I just purchased the original season 1 set and I plan to watch it on January 15, 2019 to celebrate the original release date.

Come to think of it, January 15 is also the character Buffy’s birthday and it’s also Dolly Parton’s birthday!

And, just noticed that January 15, 2002 was on a Tuesday. January 15 is also on a Tuesday this year.
