This third season episode appears to have been a pilot for a series starring comedian George Kirby who suddenly has to raise his two grandchildren after their parents are killed. It also had a young Darius McCrary (who went on to Family Matters a year later). It seemed to be a good premise but the execution was only so-so, I can see why it wasn't picked up.

I actually liked that episode and was happy Antenia TV showed it because TV One didn't. I do see why it wasn't picked up. George Kirby was a great impressionist and personality, but not much of an actor.
