Does anyone know what happened to Sly, Pams old boyfriend?Did they have an episode where they broke up, or did he just leave? If they did, why did they break up?

I think they broke up b/c Slide was moving way too fast for Pam(meaning he wanted to have sex), and Clair told Pam that the good guys will wait..But then at the end of that episode they made up and suddenly broke up in the episode where pam meets aaron
