You have entered through the front door and the door is closed with your back towards it.

Ward's den is on your left, the stairs are in front of you and the kitchen door is to your right.

How do you get to the living room and the dining room? Isn't there a sliding glass door in the dining room that goes out to the patio?

Where are all the bathrooms? The boys have one upstairs and the master bedroom has one as well. Is there another bathroom upstairs for guests? What about downstairs for guests?

Where is the laundry room or is there one?

If you go through the door to the kitchen the dining room is the swinging door on your right. From dining room you take a right into the spacious living room. I think you have doors you can close between dining and living room but only see that in Beaver’s Monkey. Yes doors out to patio.

Appears there is no bathroom downstairs only the boys’ bathroom and master bath upstairs. I noticed they moved the washer dryer from the basement (Beaver Takes a Bath) to behind door off kitchen. That’s the new laundry room. Don’t think we ever see or hear about the basement again.

I don't remember a basement in the second house.

I think in the School Bus episode you see a hanging light in the kitchen, that's never seen again. It appears to be over the island.

According to the "TV Sets" book (which has the author's imagined blueprints of various sitcoms houses--the primary ones being the 2 LITB houses), under the main stair is a basement stair. The kitchen exit that goes toward the front door goes to a small hall, and directly opposite the kitchen exit is the basement stair door. To the right as you exit the kitchen is a half bath, which in relation to the kitchen is right behind the double wall oven.

The author's blueprint is faulty, since there is no "main" bath on the second floor. So the two extra, smaller bedrooms have no bath access. Unheard of, and would probably violate building codes.
