Reading about Millenium Tower in San Francisco reminded me of TAGS episode where the church building(?) was in a similar situation.
One side of the building was sinking, so there was an effort to raise money to pay to have that corner of the building raised, instead someone came up with the idea that instead of raising that corner, the rest of the church foundation should be lowered.
Which episode was that?
