Just checked the XFINITY Stream listings, and it looks like UP got dropped from our package.

This is not good.

Wonder why this is even happening, because I don’t know what’s going on.

The issue is from the broadcasters end.

We are trying to get those channels back, but as of now the following list of channels are not available.

Channels Lost: Investigation Discovery, Oxygen, Tru TV, UP, WE, WGN (varies by lineup) signature Triple Play

Unknown when the channels will be back, but an email will be sent to all customers once the channels are live.

But here’s the reason why they are dropped.

Our contract with the broadcaster has ended. We are in the middle of creating a new contract, that's why.

They got dropped somewhere around maybe late November.

I still have all of those on Xfinity (except I forgot to check Oxygen), but it froze on TruTV for a few minutes. If I lost all of them my first question would be, how much is my bill going down?

The changes are not permanent, only temporary.

We got UP TV back today. It was a nice surprise, but unexpected.
