Theres literally thousands of cartoons. You'll be collecting for the next 60 years. Keep in mind many of these are not officially on dvd either (Thunderbirds 2086, Robonic Stooges) or only released outside of the US (1995 Spiderman, Spiderman and his Amazing friends)

I only collect cartoons from 1975-1996. So far I have about 200 different series.

I have all the classic Warner cartoons from the late 40s on. I do have all the Golden Collections and several other DVDs, but I still had to record off CN (back when they showed them) and fill in from other sources to get them all.

My dad has Rocky & Bullwinkle and Underdog

I have some Rocky and Bullwinkle fills from WGN, but I'd like the originals. The DVDs aren't the originals unfortunately.

I have a George of the Jungle DVD. That includes the Tom Siick and Super Chicken toons, which are great.

Are the originals hard to find, or no?

They probably are. They go way back to the 60s. I probably should buy some DVDs since that's all there will be.

The Spiderman set was released in the UK and Germany before Marvel merged with Disney. now that Disney owns the series they do not see any value in releasing old marvel cartoons on DVD in the United States. They tested the waters with the X-Men and the 90s Fantastic Four, Hulk, and Iron Man. All sold very poorly so they decided to not release any of the other series.

The Spiderman Vs DVDs and Saga DVDs were released before the Disney merger.
