Not a sitcom (although some might disagree) Batman had 3 actors to play Mr. Freeze. George Sanders, Otto Preminger & Eli Wallach.

You're right, but I don't count that since Lee only played Catwoman in the movie and not the series.

There were a ton of actress changes on Petticoat Junction. Billie Jo was played by three actresses. Bobbie Jo was played by two different actresses and some body doubles. Betty Jo was the only girl who wasn't replaced.
