Great week for non-GI, yet GI-related, things.
Tomorrow on TBS at 6:30 eastern time, the Gilligan episode of Roseanne is on. I love the end where the GI cast parodies Roseanne (including Tina Louise).
Friday on TNN at 5:00 eastern time, the Baywatch episode w/ Bob Denver and Dawn Wells airs. LOVE this episode --> it's simply adorable!
I know I shall be watching.....

Oh yes, thank you so much for letting us know! I've been trying to get that Baywatch episode on tape now for awhile. I have the Roseanne ep on tape and I simply love the end. I laugh every time I see it. :lol:

No problem; I know I missed both last time they were on and was so upset!
I'm obsessed with the Baywatch ep. lol. Although, they coulda told *each other* and not Eddie, but hey, at least it's out. :)

Wow...that was so good! It was my first time seeing it and I loved it. Actually it was my first time watching Baywatch. I have never really had an interest in it, but of course I couldn't miss this episode because than I would have missed seeing Bob Denver...and then I would have been sad. :lol: But since I saw it, I'm quite happy. :D

And you're right JWood201, I do wish Gilligan and Mary Ann had spoken to each other about their love. That would have been a nice little ending to the story. Oh well. I guess that's where fanfiction comes in. :grineyes:

Ah, yes, fan fiction is a wonderful thing. hehe. I always thought there should be a little scene between them in the boat as they sail away from the island. Hey, maybe I'll write a little something on the plane tomorrow while I try to amuse myself for 5 hours. ;) I'll try to write a little something up and post it when I get home next Friday. I've been stewing over this possibility for a while now. hehe.

I actually started that scene to insert in the GI episode of Baywatch. heh. I'm just getting to "the part" and I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but I'll be over it soon. In the meantime I'm typing up what I have so far. It's harder than I thought it would be to write, but I'm workin' on it.
I'll haveta post it over at the General Fan Fic board when I'm done, but I'll post here when it goes up. I haven't forgotten about this (even though I'm a week late)!

Hmm Jerry Mathers looks so much like Gilligan! J/K lol I liked that avatar I found it on a Google search he looks cute in that picture.

I'm bumping this topic up because **dramatic pause** I have finished the scene addition to the GI episode of Baywatch that we were discussing. It resolves the whole "Way to not tell each other" thing. hehe.
I know I'm really late w/ this thing, but it took be a while to think of how to phrase it while keeping in character because, well, Gilligan isn't the easiest character to write serious things for. LOL. I think I semi-succeeded though.
