This 1979 special has not been part of the the syndication package in the past, unlike the “Best of All in the Family” special (hosted by Henry Fonda) which was sliced in two and added to the syndication package.

It was hosted by Norman Lear, and similar to the 1991 retrospective, it ignores the final season, with Stephanie. We also get to see Rob Reiner without his hair piece, and he and his then-wife Penny Marshall can be seen goofing around in the closing credits.

It probably still isn't part of the package, but since GetTV is owned by Sony, they can show anything they want.
