It was Carell's first time hosting since leaving The Office. “People would really love to see an Office reboot," said Kemper. "Because I need that money. Let’s get that money, Steve." Helms told Carell, who was promoting his new movie Beautiful Boy, that a potential reboot would bring in so much money “you wouldn’t have to do all those sad movies.” Fischer added: “Don’t be a d*ck, Steve. Do the reboot!'” The bit also included Carell's wife, Nancy Carell (née Walls), who appeared on The Office as Michael Scott's realtor and who herself was an SNL cast member (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HxwkZGzqS4) in the 1995-96 season. Carell reacted to his former Office cast members by saying what he's been saying for a while: “I don’t think it’s the best idea. I think we should just leave it alone."
