While in Silver Dollar city Elly meets Matthew Tempelton. The last episode we saw shows a dress rehersal for the wedding with Elly May in her dress and Jed all dressed up. Matthew had left for the day to go get his family to come and meet the Campletts. The nest episode they were back in California and Elly was meeting with the young vet who took care of her animals while they were gone. Was there another episode in between?

According to the book I have:

Episode 229. Wedding Plans
The Clampetts are getting ready for the wedding with Matthew, unaware that he is already married.

Then...

Episodes 230, 231, and 232 have the Clampetts in New York City, Jed having moved the family there in order to find Elly May a man there.

Episode 233. Home Again
The Clampetts are now back in Beverly Hills, where Granny thinks that Elly's pet seal is a new boyfriend (Granny needs glasses). This episode has a guest character by the name of Dr Bob Graham, who may be the vet you mention.
