The only live broadcast channels I tune into these days are:

Antenna TV & Buzzr TV (only for the Match Game airings.)

All my other TV watching is DVD now.

my favorite channels
Antenna TV- several good shows on here including Coach, Benson, Head of the Class, Bewitched, Welcome Back Kotter, Jack Benny, Johnny Carson, I Dream of Jeannie, Barney Miller, classic Murphy Brown, My Two Dads, Family Ties, Growing Pains, Silver Spoons, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Hazel, and Wings. Antenna is by far my #1 station.
Buzzr- Supermarket Sweep and Classic Concentration. Blockbusters needs to come back to weekday afternoons, I hadn't started live streaming their network when it was.
UP- Home Improvement, Gilmore Girls, 7th Heaven, new episodes of Heartland, and good movies like War Room and Fireproof. Hopefully they bring back Touched by an Angel in 2019.
Hallmark Movies and Mysteries- only when they are airing their shows like Columbo, Monk, Psych, Diagnosis Murder, and Matlock. I do like when they air the yule log with the cats and dogs.
Escape- I only watch for Without a Trace but they are really good to that show.
INSP- Matlock and The Waltons
FOX- My affiliate airs The Andy Griffith Show weekdays in the noon hour. also The Cool Kids
CBS- Blue Bloods, F.B.I., NCIS, S.W.A.T., Young Sheldon (started watching this recently), and The Neighborhood. My affiliate also airs Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!
ABC- The Good Doctor, The Kids Are Alright, and Speechless. It is not the same as previous years though without Designated Survivor and The Middle.
TCM
NBC- Manifest and the Timeless wrap-up movie coming in December
WGN- Blue Bloods and M*A*S*H
Freeform- The Middle
GSN- not good for much anymore but I do like America Says.
TBS and my CW affiliate- good for Seinfeld only.
LAFF- Home Improvement and Night Court
BBC America- Star Trek: the Next Generation, Star Trek: Voyager, and The X-Files. They need to get Deep Space Nine.

I got into Supermarket Sweep in the spring and after about 6 weeks I noticed they were recycling the shows all over again. Do they only have a certain batch of episodes they play over and over? Once I saw repeats cycling back around I tuned out.
I'm not sure if they do it with Match Game, haven't noticed it yet, but that show played for a lot of years.
