(Ralph & Ed are watching highlights of the Veterans Day Parade on TV.)

Ed: "Ralph, look at all the war veterans. The guy said that there are people still fighting for our country in Afghanistan. You mean after 17 years, we are still fighting them?"

Ralph: "Yes. These people and those people should be commended for being heroes. Look at that World War II veteran. Now, the youngest World War II veterans are now in their 90s."

Ed: "They are still heroes in my book."

Ralph: "I agree. They are responsible for the freedom that we enjoy today."

Ed: "I hope our current war that we are in now ends."

Ralph: "Me too. But, we will win and after that, the war veterans will are still fighting right now will get a heroes welcome."

Ed: "They deserve it Ralph-ie boy. Both of us love the USA."

Ralph: "So do our soldiers. These young kids today who are in school may not realize what these war veterans did. What a shame."

Ed: "I agree. But, I do think that some do."

Ralph: "You are probably right. Let's stand up and salute them."

(They do.)

Ed: "War veterans are our heroes."

(They both sing a song about war veterans.)

(Jackie walks on stage. Crowd cheers.)

Jackie: "Thank you. GOOD NIGHT!"
