Hi, Ozzie & Harriet Fans!

Does anyone have any information as to where Connie Harper is today? She played the role of Miss Edwards - the secretary at the law firm which employed David Nelson on the show. I enjoyed the episodes in which she made an appearance, but I've never seen her in any other TV shows.

In addition to her secretary job, in some episodes she appears as an usherette. Also, I've noticed that she appears in several background scenes.

I don't know where she is today, but I did notice her playing other roles. In fact, I have noticed many of the people in the show playing other roles.

In 0zzie Nelson's autobiography, 'Ozzie,' he mentions that Connie Harper was the family's secretary, and that she married Don Nelson, Ozzie's brother, in Feb. 1967. I don't know whether she ever did any other acting jobs.

Thank you both for your replies.

I, too, have noticed that some actors on the show played several roles. One example would be Joe Flynn - before becoming Dave Nelson's boss at the law firm, I spotted him playing the part of a gas staion attendant. Jack Wagner, who worked in the malt shop, can be seen playing several different characters during the lengthy run of the "Adventures Of Ozzie And Harriet".

I was unaware that Ms. Harper married Don Nelson in early 1967. I suppose that since she was the family secretary, it was only natural to cast her in that very role on the show. Thanks, again!

I watched one of those "biography" type shows (I think it was on A&E) on the Nelson's, the other day, and Connie Harper was interviewed. For some reason, I thought the caption under her said...former wife of ... I could be wrong, because I was doing other things while the show was airing.

O&H was one of my favorite shows. I hate the fact that we no longer get Goodlife TV. I watched it daily... :(

Thanks for the tip, twinkle! The next time they air a special featuring the "Adventures Of Ozzie And Harriet", I'll be sure to watch it.

I'm sorry to hear that you no longer get the Goodlife TV Network. I was delighted to see them showing the reruns of this fine show, as I hadn't seen this program on television since its original run.

The GoodLife TV Network has been showing certain episodes (not all of them) from 1952 - 1963 in my area. If they own the rights to different episodes, I wish they would show them. I'm sure that many fans of the "Adventures Of Ozzie And Harriet" would love to see them.

I am her friend on Facebook. She runs the Ozzie and Harriet page. She is doing great. In real estate and posts just about everyday about the show.

I think it's wonderful she is doing this. I always loved her on the show-cool, unflappable, ultra-efficient - Connie added a lot to the show!

In my opinion, Connie Harper and June Blair were among the most beautiful women of the late '50s / early '60s TV era. Great to hear that Connie is doing well!

Miss Edwards was very pretty imo. June had a nice figure but imo Kris was cuter (in terms of the show; not real life.)
