Troian Bellisario is celebrating her 33rd birthday. The daughter of producer Donald Bellisario, she worked occasionally as a child and teen actress in several of his productions, making appearances on Quantum Leap, JAG, and NCIS. She graduated from USC in 2009. Later that year, she was cast in her best-known role, as Spencer Hastings, one of the central characters on Pretty Little Liars.

Bellisario remained with Pretty Little Liars during its entire run. During the show’s final season, she made her directing debut, and she has gone on to direct an episode of Famous in Love. She has starred on the web series Lauren, and wrote, produced, and starred in last year’s Feed. She and her husband, Patrick Adams (of Suits), starred in the Canadian sci-fi film Clara, which screened earlier this year at Toronto. A few weeks ago, the couple welcomed a daughter.
