What would upper middle class kids from California have been eating in the early '70s?

They mentioned meals in several episodes:

Pork chops and applesauce
Meatloaf
Spaghetti and meatballs
Swiss steak and spaghetti
Breaded veal cutlets (Marcia made these)
Beef Eisenhower, Potatoes MacArthur, and Succotash Pentagon (Cousin Emma made this)
Mike made some meal, but I can’t remember what it was.

Throughout the duration of the series, I also remember episodes in which they mentioned eating chili burgers, hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, lamb chops and some type of roast.

I mostly remember the pork chops and applesauce TV Guy mentions.

In A Very Brady Sequel, Alice serves the family spaghetti sauce laced with shrooms.

She made a souffle once, I think...and it came out a mess.

She made cookies.

She made burgers on the grill.

She mentioned she was making ribs for dinner once.

She made huevos rancheros for breakfast one morning

Turkey, for Christmas

Egg nog for Christmas

Lots of foods for breakfast including eggs, bacon, coffee, juice, milk, cereal, pancakes, waffles, I believe. I think we saw breakfast a lot more on the show than dinner.

Sandwiches, of course!

Her best cake ever which she kept forgetting the recipe for.

Strawberry Preserves.

She made a few cakes here and there for celebrations.

She made Pies.

She also cooked up Grandma's Secret Remedy for feeling better. I wonder if anyone's ever tried making that? Oil of camphor, tar...and a few other ingredients she mentioned.
