Did Jeannie's sister have a name?

Yes: Jeannie

In scripts, it was written as "Jeannie II" (according to what others have told me as I don't have any of those scripts.)

In my own fanfic, I felt that "Jeannie II" was too awkward and cumbersome, so I re-spelled her name as "Jeannii." It still sounds the same, so it works fine for me :)

It would have been neat if all Jeannie's relatives would have had some sort of variation of the name "Jeannie"...like her sis could have been "Jenny", her mom could have been "Gina", etc...

I'd be fine with that, although "Jeannie" can also be spelled different ways other than that and the one I invented. Such as, "Jeanie" "Jeenie" "Jeennie" "Jinie" "Jinnie" "Jiinie" "Jiinnie" "Jiinee" "Jiinnee" "Jinee" "Jini" "Jinni" (and more than those yet using only 'j' 'i' 'e' 'a' and 'n')

Keeping the "J" in there also steers it somewhat away from "genie" and closer to "djinni/jinni" or what Jeannie is. I'm not always one to use canon, and tend to avoid the use of the word "genie" in favor of the original "djinni." But, I'm biased that way :-)
