If by "Mr. Ramsey" you mean Tootie's dad, I'm talking about her brother. If by "Mr. Ramsey" you are simply respecting Tootie's brother as your elder, then nevermind this comment. :lol:
And yeah he doesn't look like Marshall, but he looks a few years older than her, so that's why I thought that, lol.
