We've seen The Goldbergs do episodes (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_The_Goldbergs_episodes) on (in no particular order) Weird Science, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Breakfast Club, and more recently, Sixteen Candles.

That's a tough one to answer as I liked 'em all. After about 20 minutes of debating on which one I liked the most. I ended up choosing The Breakfast Club tribute episode. I'll give Weird Science a honorable mention since it was between those two.
