can somebody refresh my memory: didn't Corky and Miles get married at some point during the series? Were they still together when the series ended in 1998?

I noticed during the season 11 premiere this week they didn't mention Corky or Miles being married or being divorced.

Yes, they got married at the start of season 8. I think they got divorced when season 9 started since Grant Shaud was leaving the show.

It happened while Diane English was absent from the show (she left after the fourth season, I believe, and returned as a consultant for season 10). And I don’t think she’s overly concerned with stories that happened while she wasn’t there.

Thanks everybody for your answers! I figure in the future episodes they'll get around to addressing the relationships of the characters. It certainly is plausible that they got divorced after season 9 or in the subsequent years and have maintained a friendship.

I think their marriage was the jump the shark moment for the show.
