What channel do you pick? What do you program? Money isn't an issue. You can steal already existing shows, fix old ones, or just pick a different direction.

Viacom's biggest problem is commercial every 5 minutes.

USA get rid of all the repeats of modern TV shows and scrap reality shows and go back to the way it was pre 2000.

Make TeenNick into NickSplat and air more classic Nick shows

Make NICK at NITE a place to see the 1950’s & 1960’s Sitcoms!! Return all those jingles and promos.

Turn TV Land (which really has no purpose) into Nick Classic. Just make it the Nick of the 1990s.

I would make Logo NickSplat, and then get rid of Nick @ Nite. There is no use for it anymore. And then just add the classics on Logo (yes, all 4 shows) to TV Land.

Give each channel it's own identity. Nick at Nite and TV Land-Classic shows. Logo-Classic shows. CMT-Country. MTV and MTV2-Music Videos

Yep as for Viacom owned stations CMT would get an overhaul by the way who owns the outdoor channel.

MTV. Would focus on more music programming, not just music videos, but music-based documentaries and original programming, with videos late at night for an hour or two. Would definitely cut back on the reality shows, or maybe just air it during the 10:00 hour like they used to do in the 90s.

In other words you want it similar to AXS TV minus the movies and wrestling.

The first thing I would do for TV Land is totally remove off the clock programming. If they really need money an extra hour or two of infomercials early morning would be preferable, 4-9AM weekdays. Shows airing would also have a lot less edited out of them. Then they can start airing more classics and building up a bigger variety. Trashy Two and a Half Men would leave completely, and The Goldbergs would be moved to a different Viacom network. Also leaving would be How I Met Your Mother and Old Christine, which are just used as late night filler anyway. Candid Camera would be brought back, while most of their originals have sucked I liked this one. Eventually the schedule could look like this.

I do not like George Lopez as a person and have no desire to see any of his standup acts. Several of his other shows like Lopez and Saint George have not been good. But his ABC show was one of the better sitcoms of the 2000s decade. It had good writing and an excellent supporting cast with Masiela Lusha, Belita Moreno, and Constance Marie.

This is a good way to put it. Dunno if Fuse still focuses mainly on music, but either of those two. I could even deal with movies like Wayne's World, which loosely focused on music.

TV Land should bring Reba to weekday evenings with Freeform pushing it to early mornings today. Using the shows they have, I would schedule this on weekdays, no off the clock.

Not sure where to post but Brian Robbins will now serve as new president of Nickelodeon. I'm hoping things could possibly be better for Nick and Nick at Nite in future

In my view, MTV Classic should probably needed to turnaround by focusing more on the 1980s & the 1990s by replaying episodes of classic music video programming from both decades on the schedule in addition to airing pre-2000 music videos.
