I strongly suspect this will cause some to be perplexed, but anyway: I come to XWP quite late, so I am seeking an interactive connection. A lot of web sites have not gone cobweb, but they are static.

Are any fairly active? An e-mail group that need no registration with some URL that does NOT work on all computers.
