But she found an unusual way to sign off, adding her husband's surname. According to EW, "it was the first time in the history of the show that Chen has used the Moonves surname while signing off, a clear indication that she still supports her husband amid the accusations levied against him in two blistering New Yorker articles by Rowan Farrow." This was really shocking and completely unexpected. Julie did not tell production ahead of time that she was going to do that. I'd say it's her big "F" you to CBS and her way of saying she will be done with Big Brother after this season wraps and probably The Talk as well.

The View panelists this discussed Chen, Les Moonves and her "Julie Chen Moonves" sign-off from last night's Big Brother at the top of this morning's show. Behar questioned whether Chen could return to The Talk. "I think it's going to be hard for her to go back to The Talk," said Behar. "What topics can they do? They can't talk about the #MeToo movement without her coming clean about her husband." Behar compared Chen to Hillary Clinton sticking up for President Bill Clinton after he denied having an affair with Monica Lewinsky, saying it would even be hard to talk about shows like Real Housewives or anything relationship related.
