I'm not particularly a fan, but I'd say the Allies come into the camp, arrest Klink and Shultz and the rest, announce the war is over and Hogan and his crew leave.

As the war draws to a close, Major Hochstetter, General Burkhalter, and Field Marshal Richter all arrive at Stalag 13, adopt phoney ID, disguise themselves as POWs, and are liberated as the allies over run the camp. Shipped stateside, and muster out.

They change their names to G Gordon Liddy, John Erlichman, and E Howard Hunt, respectively, and enter politics

This would have been the best end. A nice movie of the week finale.
