Ansari again did not address the Babe.net article accusing him of sexual misconduct that has been a flashpoint in the debate over the #MeToo movement during last night's performance in Charleston, South Carolina before one of his biggest crowds this year. The New York Times' Sopan Deb asked several attendees about Ansari's scandal. Some had no idea. “I’m sorry, what went down?” said one woman. Her husband assured her that “it’s not like a Weinstein-y kind of thing.”
