This surprised the heck out of me. How he found time to do a TV show in the 70s is beyond me. It’s a competitor to Soul Train. Evidently James wanted to appear on Soul Train every other month. They refused so he started his own show. It is oretty much a vehicle for his music. This is when James Brown got into Gene Simmons-mode with his self-promotion.
