I was listening to music and found Janet Jackson's debut album that was released in 1982 and I first saw the record version of this album in an antique mall and didn't know that this Janet Jackson album was indeed her debut and so I got curious and learned more about it and then I finally got the CD version of the album for Christmas in 1998. What I learned about Janet Jackson's debut album was that Janet's first ever single was a song called Young Love which was a minor disco hit on the charts. The only thing that seems to exist from this album is that the other singles were released in remixes and Janet Jackson appeared to be sixteen when this cd came out. Do I have a rare Janet Jackson treasure? Because I have heard that many copies of Janet Jackson's debut cd were removed by A&M Records because of poor sales and it seems that it's one of the hardest to find of all Janet Jackson albums
