The feel, the look, the fashion, the music, the culture and just everything of the early 2000s (https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/UnintentionalPeriodPiece/TurnOfTheMillennium) (can be from the time or from now).

How can shows that premiered in 2004 and 2005 capture the "early 2000s"?

I say CSI & American Idol

I would say cartoons like SpongeBob, Jimmy Neutron, Fairly OddParents and Courage the Cowardly Dog are "pure 2000s" cartoons. And also shows on PBS like Teletubbies, Sagwa, Dragon Tales, Clifford the Big Red Dog, early seasons of Arthur and Cyberchase were also "pure 2000s" and I loved 2000s PBS Kids.
