When I watched Newsradio on DVD I noticed that the character Bill McNeal always liked to eat his lunch at his desk and I could never figure it out? Was Bill afraid of eating in the staff kitchenette or did Bill want to eat his lunch in peace without anyone bothering him? In the episode I saw last weekend I saw that Dave gave Bill a lecture and ordered him to keep his desk clean when he was starting to eat his lunch
