And boy is it awful! Bad acting, terrible writing, cliched characters. Once it starts, you can tell from the narration (“My name is Gidget and I LOVE Southern California”) how bad it’s going to be.
The sad thing is - the story was decent. But the dialogue was terrible and the actors must have been coached to be “up” and some came across as highly artificial.
