In 1995 The late rap star Heavy D put together an R&B group named Soul For Real that consisted of four brothers and the younger brother was the lead singer of Soul For Real. Soul For Real is best known for the popular hit Candy Rain and had a hit with a remake of Bill Withers's hit Ain't No Sunshine and also did a remake of Patti Labelle's song If Only You Knew. Soul For Real followed up their album Candy Rain with their second album titled For Life and now have returned with a third album. When Soul For Real debuted with the song Candy Rain people thought that they would become the new Jackson Five and would be mega stars in the music scene
