I've been interested lately in music from The Bellamy Brothers, mostly their 1970's songs, their songs from the 1980's and forward not so much. In 1977 they had a great song titled "Crossfire", it should have been a big hit but it wasn't, in fact it didn't even chart on the Billboard hot 100, it did appear on the Adult Contemporary chart but the hot 100 is the chart that matters. Anyhow, the song is awesome and deserved to have heavy AM radio play back in 1977, but sadly it got looked over.
Here is the original 45 RPM record for anyone who wants to listen, the audio level is a little loud but it's better than being too soft.

It's OK but not one of their best in my opinion. But then I am a fan of all of The Bellamy Brothers' later stuff so I guess we'll just have to disagree. But I checked out the song Tiger Lily Lover and I do like that one.

Tiger Lily Lover is actually the flip side of the Crossfire single. Good song, I like it.
Maybe Crossfire wasn't the hit it should have been because it wasn't promoted properly. In 1977 there were a lot of disco songs on the charts but some country/pop songs had success like Glen Campbell's Southern Nights and Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville. So I guess you just never know, the music business is strange.
I also have these 1970's vinyl 45's from the Bellamy's:
Nothin Heavy with Baby You're Not A Legend on the flip side.
Let Your Love Flow with Inside Of My Guitar on the flip side.
Satin Sheets with Roadeo Road on the flip side.
Memorabilia with Hard Rockin on the flip side.
I also have two vinyl LP's, I have their 1978 album titled Beautiful Friends and their 1979 album titled The Two And Only. I like both but I think the Beautiful Friends album is better.

LOL, watching the video you shared, the people sitting in the audience don't look too excited.
But yes, Let Your Love Flow is their most famous hit. While I like Crossfire a little more, Let Your Love Flow is good too. I like it.
