View Full Version : Can a computer wipe-out your files? MrCleveland 08-07-2018, 01:48 PM Last Saturday, I lost all my music files on my computer. I was sooooo mad...I threw it away! What can make me lose all my files? A Virus? Something that wipes-away your stuff? MA 08-08-2018, 07:23 AM It can be anything that can cause you to lose files. It happened to me last year as a matter of fact. Some of the reasons can be that the computer could have a virus, or the PC may be corrupted. MrCleveland 08-08-2018, 02:27 PM What do you mean by app games? Games that you play on your phone and tablet...I still have to fix and extract files off my tablet, but I put that off for awhile. I saw they can be played on laptop computers. I play Disney Magic Kingdoms and still...Donald Duck is the last to be unlocked of Mickey and his Friends...he never gets the love he deserves...why is that? robyrob 08-08-2018, 06:03 PM anything electronic can fail so always back up your files - preferably to more than one place or medium (copy to disks, use USB drives or external drives, and online back-up) MA 08-09-2018, 07:21 AM My guess then is...yes. So sorry to hear all of this happened to you. When losing all of my stuff last year, I was so upset that I lost all of my music as well. |
