The list I made of Judy's plot relevance made me want to do a complete list of all her scenes in every episode:

Season 1:
The Mama Who Came to Dinner- (played by Valerie Jones) Asks Laura to let her hold Richie, when Rachel asks who's watching him she and Laura point to each other saying "she is", asks Mother Winslow if she Ever met Prince. Harriette tells her and Laura to clean their room, Judy says she cleaned her half but Laura says she just threw everything on her half. Later asks Rachel why she doesn't get to change Richie.

Two Income Family- Asks Laura for answers on her multiplication tables. Helps Rachel and Laura stuff envelopes to earn extra cash, later tells Carl their work.

Short Story- Gets mad Laura wont let her pass out mail to the adults, then mad about being portrayed as whiny in Rachel's book, helps Rachel see how she and Harriette are acting silly fighting by letting Laura yell at her for interrupting

Rachel's First Date- Breaks Girl Scout cookie selling record, sings with Laura to distract Allen

Straight A's- Mocks Rachel for coloring outside the lines, gets 10 bucks for 2 A's and declares that she's rich

Body Damage- Harriette asks her and Laura to help distract Carl. Judy asks for a pony to keep quiet. Distracts Carl by saying her tonsils hurt. Switches to her feet because she already had tonsils out.

Mr. Badwrench- Timer for pictionary. Asks for pizza for breakfast. Asks Harriette if they’ll get to stay at a hotel again after Carl and Eddie trash the bathroom.

Stake-Out- Learns dance moves with Carl, Eddie, and Laura. Comments that Paula Abdul can really move.

False Arrest- Complains about Harriette making her lunch with chunky peanut butter. Agrees with Eddie and Laura when they say they need to move after Carl arrests Buddy Goodrich.

The Quilt- Helps Laura put the garage sale together and learns selling techniques, quits when she is forced to wave people inside while its raining and giving her most memorable line, "I'm wet, I'm cold, and I'm cranky. Don't mess with me!"

Laura's First Date- Complains that brussel sprouts make her puke, Harriette insists she eat them anyway.

Man's Best Friend- Big part of getting them to keep the dog, helps hide it from Carl, begs him to let them keep it

Baker's Dozen- Reluctant to sample Carl's tarts, excited when they want to sell them. Helps with baking them until she gets a stomach ache

The Big Reunion- Comments that chess is more Urkel’s game. Surprised to learn Carl was in a high school singing group. Laura asks if she wants her cupcake, Judy replies that 3 are her limit. She and Laura set cupcakes right next to dieting Carl.

The Party- Continued gag of her asking Eddie for money to not tell Carl, and Harriette about the party. Takes photos for blackmail.

The Big Fix- Makes a pioneer diorama. She and Mother Winslow mock Rachel's log cabin.

Sitting Pretty- Laura's assistant with the babysitting business, in charge of finding people to babysit, helps Laura when she has all the kids come to the Winslow's house.

In a Jam- Watches Carl on the news. Comments, “he’s dying” with his unfunny jokes.

The Candidate- Gag of saying her multiplication tables aloud while Laura's trying to study.

Bowl Me Over- She and Laura comment bowling is stupid, calls it an ugly sport. She and Laura get defensive when Eddie says its a mans sport.

Rock Video- She and Laura go to snack but leave when they see Carl’s doing taxes. Comments Eddies video stinks “on ice”. Part of Eddies family video rapping with Laura about family.

Season 2:
Rachel's Place- Goes to Leroy’s with the family to see Laura working. At the grand opening of Rachel’s Place.

Torn Between Two Lovers- Gag of spelling zucchini wrong, Harriette uses as an excuse for her to leave while Rachel talks about her date. Asks if they can order some food at Rachel’s Place.

Marriage 101- Tells Eddie and Laura no fighting at the table.

Flashpants- Asks Carl if they have to sell tickets to his dance event. When he throws his back out, Judy rushes to ask if Carl’s ok.

The Crash Course- Eats with Richie in front of the TV and asks if he wants more juice. A dog then comes in through the hole Eddie left with the car and takes her burger.

Boxcar Blues- Asks Eddie if he would be the before or after model. Asks Harriette when dinner is. Kisses Carl goodnight after he was locked in a train.

Dog Day Halloween- Harriette tells Carl that Judy wants their house to be the scariest on the block. Carl replies that she can scare people by showing them her room. Dresses as Janet Jackson and tries to show Harriette all her candy but notices its almost empty and realizes Richie took it from her. When she asks why his bag is full he says he’s cuter.

Cousin Urkel- When Richie says Urkel’s parents dumped him she replies, “Got it?”.

Dedicated to the One I Love- Says Mother Winslow’s fishing bait would make great earrings.

The Science Project- Harriette tells Judy to stop watching TV and to go to bed. Judy comments she was this close to Arsenio. Comments Urkel’s rocket looks real.

Requiem for an Urkel- Calls to Harriette from upstairs that Richie put silly glue on the toilet seat and she’s stuck.

Fast Eddie Winslow- Plotline of not doing her book report and will get a D in English. Her D grade mentioned by the pool shark's goon when letting Eddie know they're keeping track of him. Harriette gets her to want to read Swiss Family Robinson by describing the plot.

Have Yourself A Very Winslow Christmas- Gag of asking for a CD player

Ice Station Winslow- Plotline of being upset that Richie is getting attention even though she got an A in spelling. Harriette and Rachel discuss her ripping the beak off Richie's penguin costume. Talks to Laura about the perks of not being the youngest.

Son- Over hears Harriette saying Eddie wants to move out and asks if she can have his room.

Do The Right Thing- Asks Harriette what the capital of Belgium is.

Life of the Party- Comments that their next trip should be to Disney World.

Busted- Notices Urkel and Richie are hanging out together. Comments roaches are disgusting when Urkel says he’s going to a save the roaches meeting. Tricks her into thinking theres one in the kitchen, making her scream.

Fight the Good Fight- Harriette braids Judy’s hair while Carl fixes the vacuum. Richie says he better get a new one after the vacuum explodes. Judy replies “Fat chance”.

Taking Credit- Main plot of Richie not giving her credit for the cake they made which inspires Rachel to tell them other stories about sharing credit.

Finding The Words- With the family listening to Jimmy telling stories.

Skip To My Lieu- Cut gag of her not seeking Richie while playing hide and seek, Ridchie decides to let her hide and not seek her after.

The Good The Bad and The Urkel- Gag of she and Laura trying on Rachel's clothes and Harriette not wanting them to dress in public like that. Used in Carl's old west dream, dressing like "painted women" as Harriette calls them.

Season 3:
Boom!- Gets hush money from Urkel about them keeping Lowell the ape in the house. When Laura says he’s gone Judy tells Richie they better split before he wants his money back.

Brain Over Brawn- Looking at a vacation brochure with the family and then the roof leaks.

The Show Must Go On- Says she wants waffles for breakfast. Comments Urkel is reciting from Romeo and Juliet.

Words Hurt- She and Richie introduce Steve riding in on a horse for a costume party

Citizen's Court- Fights with Richie over whether Carl will go to jail, Rachel tells them to stop fighting like adults.

Robo-Nerd- Carl, Rachel, and Harriette can’t figure out a phrase on a game show. Judy and Richie walk in and Judy says it’s “If they can see me now”.

Making the Team- Asks Harriette aren't they running out of players at the high school basketball game.

Born To Be Mild- Listens to Rachel talk about Carl dealing with The Dragons.

The Love God- At Rachel’s Place with Harriette, Rachel, and Richie at the end.

Old And Alone- She and Richie are still short 75 years later because they didnt eat their vegetables and stayed up past their bed time.

Choir Trouble- With the family at church, sings at the end with the family

A Test of Friendship- Asks Carl to go skating with them, with the family when they come home and sees the house was robbed.

Jailhouse Blues- Calls Richie goofy looking. Does a puzzle with the family while Mother Winslow is babysitting.

Brown Bombshell- The first dancer in the kid’s dance off, runs away when Mother Winslow wants to talk about there family history.

Food, Lies, And A Videotape- Assists Richie using Carl's video camera to spy on Eddie's date to send to "America's Yuckiest Home Videos". Tells Richie she doesn't know him when he breaks the camera.

My Broken-Hearted Valentine- Says she’s giving a Valentine to every boy in the class. Mother Winslow says she’s only supposed to give it to one special boy, Judy replies whoever answers will be special.

Woman Of The People- Answers the door where the elderly neighbor asks to talk to Carl, she screams for him which makes the neighbor sarcastically say, "Thanks dear…"

The Urkel Who Came To Dinner- With the family during breakfast, runs away when Urkel says what he made them. Dances at the end.

Robo-Nerd II- Asks the women what happened when they’re all bald.

Dudes- Carl tries to get her to spoil what they’re planning for his birthday, says Harriette told them not to make a fuss. At Carl’s surprise party at the end.

Farwell My Laura- The maid in Urkel’s screenplay.

Season 4:
Number One With a Bullet- Visits Urkel in the hospital. Richie gives him a comic book and Judy says it was her idea. Richie comments he found it in the dumpster and Judy says she held his feet for him.

Whose Kid Is It Anyway?- Carved a pumpkin with Harriette for the Winslow's scariest pumpkin contest. Dresses as Diana Ross for Halloween and shouts “I love you! I love you all!” As she runs upstairs.

Just One Date- Gag of showing Carl his old report card so hers doesn't seem bad in comparison with Mother Winslow's help.

The Oddest Couple- Carl comments that Judy’s birthday is next week and she would like Eddie to be there.

It's a Mad, Mad, Mad House- Part of the reason Harriette goes on strike from not straightening up the kitchen like she asked her to, to needing help on her science project. Later answers the door with Richie where she mentions they've been eating candy for dinner. With the family in the tag when Harriette announces that the strike is over.

It’s Beginning To Look a lot Like Urkel- Decorates the Christmas tree at the beginning. Urkel’s snow decorating machine backfires and he gets it on her, Eddie, Carl, and Richie. With the family at the end singing Silent Night.

Muskrat Love- Saw Criss-Cross with Mother Winslow and Richie. Excited that she has a napkin one of them wiped their mouth with.

A Thought In The Dark- Ruins Hariette's sequin dress and begs Carl to cover for her, later when Harriette helps Eddie she brings up this incident of him helping Judy the same way.

Higher Anxiety- With the family on the couch in the tag, Urkel knocks her off the couch.

Mama's Wedding- Asks Mother Winslow if she’s going to be a June bride (final line). The flower girl at Estelle’s wedding.

Walk on the Wild Side- Harriette mentions how she and Carl have to trick Judy and Eddie into doing chores (final time she’s mentioned)

Season 6:
What’s Up Doc?- Judy can be seen in flashback scenes. Her reacting to Urkel professing his love to Laura on TV in “Dudes” as well as Urkel getting snow on her and the family in “It’s Beginning To Look a lot Like Urkel”.

I loved when she gave Carl his report card to see first before he got a look at hers. :D :D :D
