If that didn't shock anybody they may have more empathy for the professional classes. The pilots are on strike, including the German Vereinigung Cockpit union, who have branded the new contracts as slave labour conditions. I’ve heard Ryan Air is dreadful. Our American counterpart, Spirit Airlines is pretty bad too. Both have 2star SkyTrax ratings, meaning below industry standards.
