Trebek said on Fox News Channel's OJECTified that there's “50/50 (chance) and a little less" that he'll stay after his contract expires in two years, when he turns 80. Trebek also revealed his two picks to replace him (https://etcanada.com/news/352455/alex-trebek-suggests-who-should-replace-him-as-host-of-jeopardy/), including Alex Faust, the 28-year-old play-by-play announcer for the Los Angeles Kings. If the producers want a female host, "there is an attorney, Laura Coates,” he said. “She’s African-American and she appears on some of the cable news shows from time to time.”

I saw that show Objectified. Learned things I never knew about Alex. Parents divorced and he spent time in boarding schools and military schools.

I remember him way back from High Rollers and the $120,000 Question. He had black hair and a mustache back then. lol

That's fine. Alex has had a great career. But when he goes I quit watching Jeopardy because there won't be any point then. They can "replace" him but there'll never be anybody as good at hosting it as he is. So in other words he's irreplaceable.
