Virtually every sitcom had one episode with the kid who is a holy terror. I think it started with some nerdy looking kid on I Love Lucy, and took off from there. The worst thing about them is that the adults tolerate the kid for 20 minutes or so, and then the boom usually lowers.

Most of these episodes are unwatchable. Besides the ILL episode, what other sitcoms had one of these episodes?

There was a kid on Night Court whose parents were his managers and he treated them and the court staff like crap!

Can't forget the brat on Andy Griffith who had a tantrum in the courthouse and then Andy told his father that there was a real nice woodshed out back! :lol:

There was a horrible later episode of Raymond with a bratty kid--it's the only Raymond I won't watch.

Sorry, but I LOVE that Raymond episode. Nobody believes Ray about the kid being a brat for most of the episode, which makes the ending so satisfying.
