When I was a bit younger there was a show that i watched very often. I cannot remember the name of it for the life of me. What i do remember was that it was a girl that could stop time by putting her two indexfingers together. ans the theme song was .. would you like to swing ona star, carry moonbeams home in a jar or are you better off where you are or would you rather be on earth ( something like that any way). The show you're thinking of is "Out of This World." :) I also remember watching it when I was little. It wasn't one of my favorites, but at least it was something to watch when nothing else was on.
