Without Martin forget it agreed
If it does happen though, maybe he will be an executive producer or something like that.
Kelsey Grammer on a potential Frasier reboot: "We're not so sure...Whether or not there will be a show is really up in the air" (https://ca.news.yahoo.com/frasier-reboot-not-says-kelsey-130603094.html)
"It's an ongoing conversation that began almost two years ago now," Grammer tells CBC News of plans to reboot Frasier. He adds: "I played the character for 20 years. It's not the kind of thing you want to go into lightly, mostly because you don't want to disappoint anybody or denigrate what came before."

The same show shouldn't be revived without Martin, but there could be a spin-off centered around adult Frederick Crane, and Niles/Daphne's child that was born in the series finale.
I hope a reboot doesn't happen.
I hope a reboot doesn't happen.
You can probably say that about most shows that are going to be rebooted or are rumored to be rebooted. The latest one that I've heard and read about is ALF. How do you feel about that one?

that might work.
Kelsey Grammer: I won't do a Frasier revival unless I'm sure "it’s going to be a great show" (https://tvline.com/2018/08/02/frasier-revival-kelsey-grammer-interview/)
"If it’s not a great show, and if we don’t hear a pitch that hits it out of the park, it probably won’t happen,” Grammer said at the TV press tour. Grammer also said he'd love for his Frasier co-stars (https://www.thewrap.com/kelsey-grammer-hopes-frasier-cast-would-return-for-reboot-want-them-all-to-still-be-in-there/) to be involved in the revival. “I let them know if there were to be such a thing, I would want them all to still be in there,” Grammer told The Wrap. Grammer added he doesn't think NBC is interested (https://www.slashfilm.com/frasier-reboot-update/) in a Frasier revival. “It just might go somewhere else if that were the case," he said.

I hope they do it.
Of all the sequels I've seen in these years, none disappointed me.
Of course without John will not be the same, and they have to approach it with the highest respect. But it's a thing that the writers and the actors of this show can do.
