Has this been happening to anyone else? Also this site has often been running really slow for me since the change.

I'm not an expert in this field but I think now you have to click on View Today's Active Threads, which has usurped View New Posts as purveyor of new information.

I'm glad someone else has noticed this. I've also noticed
that after I have posted a new thread it will not show up when I click view new posts. The only way I can see it is to go to the board it was posted on or if someone replies to it.

It does show up straightaway but you have to click on View Today's Active Threads.

This upgraded software is using the database marking system, so it assumes your own posts are already read. Any posts you've read are marked, so they don't show up in View New Posts. There's no way to change this option. You can use View Today's Active Threads to view your own posts.

The site runs great at times, but it seems slower in the morning and early afternoon for some reason. There's no rhyme or reason as to what's causing it. Something is causing bottlenecks and it's locking up at times, which causes a delay in connecting. I will probably end up hiring a professional to get everything optimized. It will be worth it in the long run.

I've just noticed that if I click on "View New Posts" in two different tabs that a lot times that there will be posts that show up in one, but not the other. I don't think that clicking on "View Today's Active Threads" will allow me to see posts from the previous day that I haven't seen yet if those threads haven't seen any activity that day.
