While discussing Destiny's Child's Michelle Williams checking into a mental health facility for depression, actress and guest co-host Cheryl Ladd talks candidly for the first time (https://www.facebook.com/TheTalkCBS/posts/1800600666643530) about a similar experience. "I'm just so proud that someone is speaking out like that, because when I was on "Charlie's Angels" early in my career, I had all this success but I was going through something really dark," says Ladd. "Nobody really knows about it, as a matter of fact I'm finally doing my memoirs and excited about telling all the parts of the story. Because if in your life, you don't have the light and the dark you don't have a picture. And you have to remember that. And I went for help and I needed help." Host Julie Chen asks her, "Was it hard for you to get help?" Ladd responds, "It was...it was so private and because I was always this very positive person when it started to come toward me, I really struggled so I was really happy I got help."
