I talked to my dad yesterday afternoon, and he said that because of my volunteer job, medication might be possible because of my attention span.

Me taking medication has been happening for years ever since I was a little girl and it finally came to an end last year. A celebration was involved which consisted of my favorite kind of cake along with one of my favorite restaurants. It was a happy occassion and was really proud of myself for that.

Now it might be happening all over again which I really don't to want to happen especially the large pills which I took for a long time. I'm afraid of those and would rather prefer to take tiny pills if this ever happens again.

At least I'll be medication free come vacation time though which is a great thing.

I hope it works out well for you. Maybe the doctor knows best.

I was on Xanax and Zoloft...it didn't do much for me.

I also took a stronger antacid prescription...which did help my acid reflux...I may go back and tell my doctor to resubscribe me...unless he wants me to get an endoscopy...and then I'll just manage with the pain!

Medication is there to help you. If the pills are too large to take you can get a smaller dosage and take two or get a pill splitter which will cut them in half for you.

My mom in the past at various times took Zoloft and Lexapro. Both were effective, but gradually stopped working for her. Currently she takes Trintellix (was called Brintellix before). It's done really well, though it took a long time to become effective. Best wishes for your health.

What do you need pills for? ADHD? Maybe you just need a different kind of job. Try being a courier. That way you’re outside often doing something. A desk job may not be for you.

Society wants to drug hyperactive people, but it’s not that big of a problem.

I feel instinctively the same way JSP but then again we're all individuals and we can't possibly know all the facts of a particular situation.
