MGM announced (http://bloody-disgusting.com/movie/3507951/mgm-fast-tracks-childs-play-remake-technologically-advanced-killer-doll/) earlier this week it is rebooting the Child's Play movie franchise with a "technologically advanced" killer doll. When asked if this will affect plans for a Child's Play TV series, franchise creator Don Mancini said: “We’re still working on the series and also plan to continue the film franchise with Universal. We intend to stay true to the universe we’ve created.”
