When I watch The Flying Nun I noticed that it was produced by Screen Gems Television and so it makes me think that Screen Gems was the original name of Columbia Pictures Television/Sony Pictures Television. I always thought that the Screen Gems logo was wonderful with it's cute music and a man's saying "A Screen Gems Production" but the logo I see at the end of The Flying Nun has a yellow background and a red logo. I do know that there was also a syndicated hour in the 90's called Screen Gems Television and so it tells me that Screen Gems is now a name Sony uses for the classic DVD sets now

Screen Gems changed their logo many times. They eventually morphed into other names, like Columbia Pictures Television, and finally, Sony Pictures Television.

In the 60s SG had a few logos, starting out with the statue and an announcer, then some bouncing sticks (rarely seen anymore), and then the commonly seen yellow background/red logo. That one went into the 70s.
