Favorites: The Beatles followed closely by The Rolling Stones. I am also a fan of The Who and The Moody Blues.

My Lord, how does one choose? Beatles, Stones, Yardbirds, Kinks and Zombies for me from this list, but also...Moody Blues, the Dave Clark Five..and I am sure others we have forgotten.

This type of list reminds me of how gobsmackingly great the 1960s was for music, particularly between 1964 and 1969. I ache to recapture that creativity again, but I know we never will.
