I was all set to watch A Charlie Brown Christmas that was recorded back in 1996 by my dad, but the tape wouldn't play no matter what I did so it had to be ejected from the VCR.

Spools ended up coming out, and now it's broken. I hope my dad won't be mad at me because I would really like this tape to be fixed.

And I was hoping for commercials to be on the tape as well. ohno:

Okay. My dad is not mad at me at all and he'll see what he can do when he gets home from work.

I hope it can be fixed though...

I thought he would be mad about it, but I was all worried for nothing.

Welp. The VHS tape is now stuck in the VCR, which means that it’s officially bad. :( ohno:

And I forgot to mention that it’s a rare VHS tape that was recorded from CBS.

I'm sooooo sorry to hear...

I broke my mom's tablet almost a year ago and I've yet to extract everything out of it. I never told my dad about this because he may hit the roof, ceiling, and a few planes.

I almost wanted to deck an ******* at Staples because he was sooooo ****in' rude to me I was almost tempted to deck him!

That was a slap not to me, but to my dead mother!:mad::mad:

There's still another tape of the special, but it's not recorded at all.

Instead, it's from Shell and wish that one got broken instead.

question: WHY were you watching "A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS" IN JUNE????

Because the weather outside wasn’t great, so I figured that it would be a great time to watch a special.

I think it can be fixed. You might, and I'm not sure, but you might have to take The VCR and videotape apart. heck The VCR and make sure that the spools are ok. If you can do that, you may be able to play it.

My dad tried taking the VHS out of it with no success at all.

I once had a VHS that I had recorded "The Wizard of Oz" on (back when it only came on once a year). I watched that thing at least twice a day. Then one day, it got stuck inside my vcr and it destroyed the tape. I was really upset.

To this day, "TWOO" is still my favorite movie!

I remember once when 'Wizard of Oz' came out on VHS it included a 5 dollar mail in rebate, which when they sent it was from the Bank of Oz. I thought that was clever because I'm sure a lot of people kept it instead of cashing it, saving the company a bunch of money
