I just noticed-from 6:30 pm to 1 am eastern time it's all CBS shows. I wonder if they did that on purpose?

Yes but The Carol Burnett Show was a CBS show during the 1970s and its currently on METV at 11pm/10c weeknights as the sydincated 30 minute show titled "Carol Burnett & Friends"

Decades is a joint venture between MeTV' s parent, Weigel Broadcasting, and CBS. It would make sense that they would cooperate in other ways.
