Who here takes singing lessons? If you do, can you tell me about it...like what ya do and stuff like that...:wave:

I don't take singing lessons, but some of my friends are in choir. I hear about how they have to sing scales and stuff. I don't take choir though just because I can't stand a class where they sing a little bit like opera or with high pitched voices. Lets' just say if
I joined a choir I would probably get kicked out, anyway because the way I sing it's like the volume of voice Tina Turner sang in church in the movie about her life. Whenever I try to sing it just comes out whiny, anyway. I would never do very well in choir or singing lessons.

be thankful i don't take singing lessons. but, don't you have to do some kind of a show at the end of the lessons? i dunno if it's solo or if you work with other ppl...

I used to take singing lessons when I was in Pre-K - 2nd grade. (How soon I retire, lol)

Anyhow, we dont really do much, just learn our notes, high/low pictched...sing songs and learn to breathe correctly, etc. (I cant rememeber some other things we did.)
